The Amir Khusrow Balkhi Foundation regularly organizes cultural, artistic, and educational gatherings on various occasions at its activity center. In addition, the Foundation holds weekly sessions dedicated to diverse cultural themes such as Afghan studies, poetry recitation, and the art of music—either through discussion or practical instruction.

Some of these programs have been officially and consistently hosted at the Ghadir Cultural Center in Mashhad.
Naturally, promoting any artistic or educational endeavor requires active intellectual exchange, constructive dialogue, and scholarly consultation—all of which are core priorities in our work.

This is especially vital when it comes to reintroducing Afghanistan’s rich history, cultural heritage, and artistic legacy to younger generations and broader audiences.

The Foundation also places a strong emphasis on honoring artists and celebrating their works—especially the great masters of Afghan music. Through exposure to the creations and legacies of these cultural figures, our young participants and students develop a deeper understanding of the refined traditions, values, and knowledge embedded in Afghan musical heritage.
