"From Neyshabur to Balkh" was the title of a cultural event held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, by the Amir Khusrow Balkhi Foundation, in collaboration with the Music Center of Ferdowsi University, at the Ghadir Cultural Center.

Sayed Mohammad Hakim Balkhi, The head of the Amir Khusrow Balkhi Foundation, who has been leading the organization for many years with the mission of preserving Afghanistan’s rich cultural heritage for a generation born in Iran and neighboring countries, stated:
"There is a growing need to introduce and promote authentic Afghan culture and art. This calls for occasional gatherings featuring Afghan and Iranian artists across various fields."
