The Amir Khusrow Balkhi Cultural and Artistic Foundation is an independent, non-governmental, and non-affiliated organization, established in 2012 in Mashhad, Iran

The Foundation operates across various cultural, artistic, educational, and media fields, striving to amplify the voices of artists, cultural figures, and the young generation of Afghan migrants—individuals who, despite political, social, and legal barriers, continue to embody messages of peace, friendship, and beauty.

To this end, a group of dedicated professionals and artists have come together under the unified banner of the Amir Khusrow Balkhi Cultural & Artistic Foundation, aiming to overcome past fragmentation and forge a shared path in the service of culture and the arts.

Their goal is to revive national identity, promote and nurture indigenous and traditional arts, refine the people’s customs, uplift moral values, and inspire a renewed vision for culture and art in Afghanistan.
