The Commemoration Ceremony of Hazara Indigenous Culture and Art Held in Mashhad

The commemoration ceremony of the indigenous Hazara culture and art, held in honor of the birth anniversary of martyr Abdul Ali Mazari, former leader of the Islamic Unity Party of Afghanistan, was organized by a group of Hazara intellectuals and migrant students. The event was overseen by the Immigrants Art House of Khorasan Razavi and held in cooperation with the Directorate General of Foreign Nationals and Immigrants Affairs of Khorasan Razavi Province on June 1, 2024, at the Golshahr Multicultural Bazaar in Mashhad. The ceremony was attended by a gathering of migrants, cultural organizations, and intellectuals.
This was the second cultural and artistic event organized by the Hazara migrant community residing in Mashhad, Iran, aimed at preserving and promoting Hazara culture and art among the younger generation of migrants in Iran. The ceremony featured two main segments: a conference and an exhibition showcasing paintings, calligraphy, handicrafts, and traditional foods.
